Armed Security Supervisor

Sentry Force Security is building a team of experienced Armed Security Supervisors for a large, statewide contract. The selected candidates will be responsible for training, quality control and general oversight of security officers in the field. We are soliciting applicants to support all operational days/hours; specific schedules will be shared for candidate selection during the interview process. Operational Times / Days 2pm-10pm Fri-Tues 10am-6pm Sun-Wed 6am-2p

Thurs-Sun Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of a contract guard force at various sites within our client's area of operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise and train all current and incoming officers, including daily remedial training. Mitigate call-outs while on shift and other attendance related issues. Respond to complaints and disturbances in support of security officers under your supervision. Conduct regular patrols and ensure all scan points are checked during rounds. Report and document all incidents that occur on the premises. Maintain situational awareness and readiness to respond to potential security threats. Maintain and communicate with the client to address and rectify all concerns and needs.

Qualifications :

Must have a current and valid armed VA DCJS license. 2 years previous experience in armed security, law enforcement, corrections, or active duty military First Aid and CPR/AED certified Must be capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs, running, physically restraining a violent person, lifting objects weighing up to 50 lb Strong attention to detail Basic computer literacy required to navigate reporting and timekeeping system.
