This role involves actively monitoring the property, managing access points, and responding swiftly to any security incidents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to operate surveillance equipment effectively. This position offers an opportunity to serve in a dynamic environment where safety is a top priority, utilizing your law enforcement experience, security expertise, and emergency response skills to maintain a secure environment. Call or text Supervisor Max for assistance 7575201196 Duties Patrol designated areas regularly to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security threats Control access points by verifying identities and issuing passes to authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary Conduct thorough inspections of the premises for safety hazards or security breaches Manage conflict situations calmly and professionally, de-escalating disputes when possible Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs accurately for record-keeping purposes Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields Valid certification in first aid and CPR with the ability to administer emergency care if needed Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations effectively Ability to operate security equipment confidently and follow established protocols Excellent observation skills with attention to detail during patrols and inspections Physical fitness to stand, walk, or respond quickly over extended periods Preferred qualifications include experience in law enforcement or military service, familiarity with conflict management strategies, and certifications related to security operations.
