PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions to the appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials when required, and document security-related activities, observations, and/or incidents according to site procedures. Support emergency response activities, access control functions, and other assigned duties related to daily operations within an industrial work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
