PM Location:

Ruther Glen, VA A professional security services provider is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor for a residential/community-based assignment in the Ruther Glen area. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee daily security operations, maintain a safe environment, and serve as the primary point of contact for security personnel on site. Responsibilities Supervise and support on-site security personnel Ensure post orders, policies, and procedures are followed Coordinate daily security operations and shift activities Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and stakeholders Address incidents and security concerns in a calm and effective manner Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for security staff Assist with access control and gate operations as needed Required Qualifications Active Virginia DCJS Security Officer registration/certification Valid driver's license Good driving record (MVR required) Previous security supervisory experience Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with incident reporting and report writing Demonstrated de-escalation and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to work independently and lead a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential, HOA, gated community, or community association environments Gatehouse, access control, or visitor management experience Experience working in occupied residential communities Familiarity with similar resident/visitor management platforms is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a dependable security professional with strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships while maintaining a secure environment.
