opportunity for qualified candidates. Current Job Duties (Construction Phase)

• Monitor construction site from your personal vehicle
• Conduct mobile patrols of the property
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and vandalism
• Complete daily activity and incident reports Future Job Duties (Post-Construction)
• Access control and entry point monitoring
• Verifying employee and visitor credentials
• Checking/scanning badges
• Logging incoming and outgoing vehicles

• Active Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong observation and communication skills

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Experience with construction site security or access control
• Candidates without prior security experience must demonstrate a stable, consistent, and verifiable employment history Payroll Information
