AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing communications, and supporting security-related requests in a professional manner. Monitor cameras, alarms, access control activity, radios, and other dispatch systems, and communicate updates to on-site personnel and supervisors as needed. Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate security-related response activities and/or emergency notifications. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor information, and other required documentation, reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns through the proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter when assigned, while helping to observe conditions, report concerns, and support security-related operations across the site.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
