PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, data hall support areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance or access issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Support site operations by following post orders, reporting suspicious activity, and assisting with evacuations, critical events, and other security-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
