Duties Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and other security technology to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Perform detailed inspections and patrols of the facility to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security checks to ensure comprehensive documentation Enforce loss prevention strategies by identifying potential risks and intervening in conflicts or suspicious behaviors Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, demonstrating preparedness for medical emergencies involving staff or visitors Qualifications Valid DCJS certification as an Armed Security Guard with active firearm authorization Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles with a focus on armed security operations Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), access control procedures, and loss prevention techniques Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during tense situations Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable to respond effectively during medical emergencies Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and emergency response procedures is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and accurately Join us in delivering top-tier security services that prioritize safety and professionalism. Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
