We are building a team of dedicated professionals who share our commitment to safety, discipline, and service. ⓘ About This Posting PRÆLIO is proactively expanding its guard force for a series of upcoming security contracts in the Charlotte area. We are actively vetting and onboarding qualified candidates now so that our roster is ready to deploy as contracts are awarded. Qualified candidates will be added to our active roster and contacted directly when a position becomes available matching their qualifications and availability.

Minimum Qualifications Mandatory:

Must possess a valid DCJS Unarmed Guard Credentials Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Experience with physical security measures (surveillance, access control, alarms) Strong threat identification and de-escalation skills

Preferred:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments in stressful situations Medical response training (First Aid, CPR, Stop the Bleed, etc.) Responsibilities Maintain a visible, professional presence on property - actively patrolling designated areas to deter and detect potential threats or security breaches. Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms - taking necessary action to mitigate risk and coordinate with local law enforcement when required. Identify physical security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures to enhance overall site security posture. Apply de-escalation techniques to proactively manage potentially volatile situations and resolve conflicts without escalation. Stay current on security trends, best practices, and applicable legislation to continuously improve on-site protocols and procedures. Note All candidates selected for the roster will undergo a full criminal background investigation and pre-placement drug test prior to deployment.
