Security Officer

We are currently searching for a Part-Time Security Officer in Vergennes, VT. Job Summary Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Shift:

1 FT position, Monday - Friday, 6a-2p 1 PT position, Wednesdays, 2p-10p / additional hours possible

Pay:

$23.50

Bonus:

$1,000 for New-Hires with

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance Required Qualifications:

US Citizenship Must be at least 18 years of age Valid VT Security License Preferred - Must be able to Obtain Upon Hire 6 Months of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred Strong Background in Customer Service required Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD (Department of Defense) Secret Clearance.
