PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, sales floor areas, and/or parking locations to help to deter theft-related activity, assist with crowd flow, and support a positive experience for shoppers and staff. Communicate with team members, store personnel, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, policy questions, and other security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
