Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and support access control and other security-related activities. In this people-first role, you will remain visible to help discourage incidents, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate with professionalism, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a collaborative team.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in accordance with site protocols. Assist with incident reporting, lost and found inquiries, and other customer-focused duties while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with staff and guests.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
