Minimum Requirements As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. (Must pass background check and drug screening) Must have an active or expired WA State Security Guard License Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods Professional appearance and conduct Valid driver's license for patrol positions Must be at least 21 years old What You'll Do Drive our company vehicle while you patrol several sites Provide a visible security presence at assigned sites Monitor property to deter and detect issues Observe and report suspicious or unsafe activity Complete accurate daily and incident reports Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and law enforcement Enforce site rules and company policies consistently Signal is a hands-off company—officers rely on awareness, communication, and deterrence rather than physical force.
