Overview Join our dynamic security team as a Security Guard and become the frontline protector of our facilities, assets, and personnel. Responsibilities Control access to buildings and restricted areas by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, parking lots, and internal areas to identify potential security breaches or hazards. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by assessing situations and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Enforce safety policies by conducting inspections for safety compliance and loss prevention measures. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, visitor records, and security checks for accountability and reporting purposes. Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and tact. Requirements • Reliable transport is a must. Proven experience or training in security operations, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Current guard card or willingness to obtain one. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices to safeguard assets. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while maintaining alertness during shifts.
