AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify entry permissions in accordance with site procedures, while reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, requests for assistance, and/or changing site conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
