- 28-35 hours per week, 4-5 days a week

This energetic role requires vigilant observation, quick decision-making, and a proactive approach to safety. As a vital part of our organization, you will ensure a secure environment by monitoring premises, managing access points, and responding quickly to incidents. Your dedication will help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. Duties Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity and identify potential security threats Perform routine patrols of the property to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Manage conflict situations with professionalism and conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping and reporting purposes Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft or vandalism and implementing preventative measures Skills Proven experience in security desirable Ability to handle conflicts effectively through conflict management techniques Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures Excellent observation skills combined with attention to detail for thorough inspections and surveillance Effective communication skills to interact clearly with team members, visitors, and emergency responders Join us as a Security Guard and be part of a dedicated team committed to safety, security, and excellence.
