AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions within a high-profile aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including armed post duties completed in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports. Support emergency protocols, communicate with site leadership and/or local responders as needed, and help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or disruptions to operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a concealed carry weapons permit. Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
