AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns through established communication channels. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials and entry authorizations, and report security-related concerns involving visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles. Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders for armed assignments, and completing required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and on time.

Minimum Requirements:

A concealed carry weapons permit is required. A minimum of 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required. An armed guard card and/or license is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
