PRIDE & FIFA MONTH EVENT STAFFING

HEARTH Protection has several events in June requiring surge staffing, openings tend to fill quickly so apply early! ​HEARTH Protection is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as Protective Services Agents (PSAs) in the Pacific Northwest. HEARTH Protection is the premier provider of trauma-informed, evidence based, and community oriented protective and investigative services in the Salish Sea region.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Security:

Ensure the safety and security of clients by proactively managing conflicts and responding appropriately to various situations.​

Emergency Response:

Handle a wide range of emergencies calmly and decisively, from minor incidents to situations involving weapons.​

Event Protection:

Provide comprehensive event safety services, including entry control, bag inspection, crowd management, and staffing first-aid stations.​

Workplace Violence Prevention:

Foster a culture of safety within client organizations by implementing proactive conflict management strategies.​

Investigations:

Maintain an active Private Investigator's license and assist with investigations as needed.

Close Protection:

Offer bodyguard and close protection services to VIPs, leaders, and vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications:

Training:

Private investigators license required before completing onboarding. Medical or military training/experience and certification strongly preferred, particularly EMT/Paramedic/68W/Corpsman (note: we do not sponsor EMS licenses at this time).

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to de-escalate situations, and proficiency in emergency response protocols.​ Empathy for people in poverty or crisis.

Experience:

Backgrounds in healthcare, military, or related fields are valued, though not mandatory.​ Why Join HEARTH Protection?

Competitive Pay:

Our base rate of pay is $35/hour as of January 2025. This comes with an expectation of extremely high performance, within reason.
