The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for tenants, overseeing surveillance operations, and managing conflict.

Responsibilities:

Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the property. Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems. Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies. Document all incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review. Engage in conflict management to de-escalate situations effectively. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or law enforcement is preferred. Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. Excellent communication skills for interaction with diverse individuals. Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
