In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping experience for customers, employees, and assets. Your expertise in security protocols, conflict management, and surveillance will be essential in preventing theft and collaborating with management to deter safety incidents. Schedule Sunday through Wednesday 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm Wage Information Pay is bi-weekly and will be $30.00 to $32.00 an hour. Responsibilities Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, including theft, disturbances, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills Collaborate with management and as needed, local law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations as needed Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly. Requirements A smart phone with the ability to use smart apps. This is an Armed Security Guard position. Candidates with valid Washington State Armed Guard licenses with CJTC certification will be given first priority for an interview. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Proven experience in security services, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on retail environments is preferred Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods Join our team to help create a safe shopping environment where customers feel confident and protected.
