Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols, including providing first aid or CPR when necessary. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes to maintain a peaceful environment. Document all security-related activities through detailed shift reports, incident logs, and observation records. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance. Experience Prior experience in security or law enforcement is highly desirable but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Background in military service or related fields can provide valuable skills applicable to this role.
