As part of a new site, you'll help: Set the tone Shape the culture Raise the standard from day one What You'll Do As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and responding to incidents with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols and monitor security systems Manage access control at gates, doors, and checkpoints Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Write accurate and detailed activity and incident reports Support fire, medical, and disaster response procedures Maintain a professional presence with clients and staff What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: Calm under pressure Highly observant Committed to integrity and service Preferred Experience Security, military, corrections, or law enforcement background Customer service experience Wisconsin Private Security License CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Experience using two-way radios and writing reports Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Clean background check, MVR, and drug screening Reliable transportation or ability to relocate before start date
