AM Job Description:

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Summer Security Officer to support a client site undergoing building renovations. This role will primarily focus on fire watch duties, ensuring the safety of the premises during construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hourly patrols (rounds) throughout designated areas of the building Monitor for potential fire hazards, safety risks, or large leaks Maintain a strong awareness of surroundings and report any concerns immediately Accurately document patrols and incidents in written reports Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and site protocols

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail Strong written communication skills Ability to walk frequently and remain active throughout the shift Dependable, responsible, and accountable Punctual with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Preferred Qualities:

Prior security or patrol experience (not required but a plus) Professional and responsible demeanor Pass background check Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire Must be 18 years of age or older Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security
