What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, unusual activity, and/or policy violations according to site instructions. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or theft. Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors; maintain visitor logs and notify site contacts of arrivals as required. Complete detailed written and/or electronic reports, document patrols and incidents, and communicate with site management, law enforcement, and/or emergency services when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
