Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol (Parking Lot)

Titan Security is seeking a dependable and proactive Security Officer to oversee and enforce parking regulations at a designated lot. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong on-site presence and ensuring that unauthorized vehicles do not park overnight.

Responsibilities:

Provide a consistent and visible security presence at the assigned location Monitor and enforce parking regulations within the lot Prevent unauthorized overnight parking Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers regarding property restrictions Accurately document incidents, interactions, and daily activity logs Report issues, safety concerns, or non-compliance in accordance with company procedures

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Able to read, write, speak, and understand English Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to remain attentive and alert for extended periods while stationed in a vehicle Independent post requiring a high level of accountability and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

3 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position. Bi-lingual considered a plus. Pay and Benefits for
