Job Description As a Security Officer Front Desk in Waukesha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, assisting visitors, managing access, and supporting security-related operations through strong communication and professionalism. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor reception duties, badge and access support, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, confirm appointments, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors according to location protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels. Support access control operations by assisting with sign-in procedures, credential verification, key and/or package handling, and communication with building management and emergency contacts. Maintain a professional presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access, answer questions, and provide information related to building policies and daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for this positions
