Compensation:
$12 hourly
Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance and support as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective security protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities and incidents. Assist in the training and orientation of new security personnel to ensure consistency in procedures. Engage with guests and team members to foster a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals on the premises.
Qualifications:
Experience in security or a related field, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and team members. Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to alarms and incidents, providing necessary assistance and support. Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of security activities and incidents. Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members, fostering a welcoming and secure environment. About Company Our Sleep Inn is located in Charleston, WV.
