Job Requirements A Day in the Life of a Master Security Officer This position provides direct security and related public services to Cheyenne Regional. Master Security Officers provide armed and TASER security responses in addition to the duties of a Security Officer. What You Will Be Doing:

Provides a visible deterrence to crime, prohibited activities, or suspicious activities in both public and non-public areas of the organization. Provides armed and TASER security response strictly following established Use of Force continuum. Responds quickly and effectively to emergency and non-emergency situations. Identifies individuals experiencing emotional distress and/or not properly processing information. Is supportive or directive as required by situation. Intervenes verbally and/or physically during crisis. Escorts and assists patients, visitors, and staff. Remains alert and vigilant for activities which could result in injury. Executes written and verbal instructions. Writes accurate, clear, and legible reports. Acts as lead in absence of Security Shift Supervisor as directed. Assists with administrative tasks as directed.

Days:
