Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. ? Ensure regulatory compliance with all aspects of HHR machine maintenance i.e.; moves, conversions, and repair. ? Ensure functionality of the HHR maintenance system. ? Interact with HHR Operations personnel and guests while repairing HHR machine functions. ? Assist with HHR layout and installation. ? Work on special projects as assigned. ? Assist in maintaining adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs. ?
Perform preventative maintenance:
clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts. ?
Perform floor maintenance:
trouble shoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during gaming. ? Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding HHR machines. ? Provide answers and explanations and rectify problems as appropriate. ? Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements. ? Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. ? Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter. ? Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. ? Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned. ? Explain how to handicap on an HHR terminal. ? Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the property?s AML (Anti Money Laundering) Policy. ? Monitor for suspicious activity as defined by the BSA and the property?s AML Policy. ? Install, maintain, test, and repair casino surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and related equipment. ? Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to video, network connectivity, and system performance. ? Perform routine system inspections and preventative maintenance. ? Assist Surveillance Officers and Management with technical support and system functionality. ? Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of surveillance system repairs. ? Work closely with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure system integrity. ? Ensure surveillance operations meet all state and gaming commission regulations. ? Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive information.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
? High School diploma or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ? Must be at least 21 years of age. ? One to six months related experience and/or training. ? Electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment experience required (ex: board testers, multi-meters, o-scopes). ? Must be able to provide own tools necessary for performing daily task when troubleshooting or making repairs. ? Ability to work any shift applicable (Day, Swing, or Grave) and to be flexible with work schedule if needed for special projects or business demand. ? Occasional travel required. ? Must have experience with Guest service and or present an inviting positive and polite attitude towards our guest and fellow team members. ? Must be able to work with team and able to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills when needed. ? Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license. ? Gaming Industry experience is preferred. ? High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or coursework preferred. ? 1?3 years of experience working with CCTV, surveillance systems, or security technology (casino or regulated environment preferred). ? Working knowledge of IP cameras, video management systems, and basic networking. ? Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and cabling issues. ? Strong attention to detail and observational skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and obtain/maintain required gaming license. Preferred Qualifications ? Experience in a casino or gaming surveillance environment. ? Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards. ? Experience with access control and alarm systems. ? Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices related to surveillance systems. ? Experience with wiring/hardware install.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
? Prolonged periods of standing and walking. ? Capable to Position, Put, Install, Remove HHR machines on or off Bases on gaming floor during peak business hours. ? Capable of moving HHR machines and equipment using a dolly or cart. ? Ability to Transport heavy HHR machines and heavy equipment long distances across various terrain using a dolly or cart. ? Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. ? Visual acuity to inspect equipment and terminals. ? Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. ? Ability to work in harsh weather conditions. ? Ability to work in a secured surveillance environment with limited access. ? Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins and take extended work trips.
