We are looking for a highly observant and dependable night security guard. That has no problems staying awake all night to protect the farm.

HOURS:

-Saturday and Sunday -10:30pm-7:00am standard

POSITION DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL

JOB DUTIES

Monitoring a secured area and surveillance equipment. Patrolling designated areas to deter criminal activity as requested. Reporting suspicious behavior and maintaining logs of daily activities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stay awake and alert throughout the night shift.

SKILLS:

Ability to communicate effectively at all times via email and phone. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm in emergencies and make quick calls to law enforcement. Basic understanding and use of email for communication or documentation.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND PREFERENCES

A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred. Our 3 brands encompass our ethos and have strong traction in the California marketplace. Providing nutrient dense fruit and medicine at an affordable price is the ultimate goal!
