Surveillance Officer

Must be 21 or older to apply SUMMARY Suerveillance Officer monitors improprieties, scams and cheats on the gaming floor. Responsible for preserving the integrity of gaming by performing the following duties. Due to the dynamic nature of the gaming industry, the particular aspects of this position can change with little or no notice . Job Requirements

• Maintain a fundamental knowledge of all departmental policies and procedures.
• Observes, records, and reports daily casino activity using closed circuit television monitors.
• Observes and records "back of the house" activities. Reports procedure deviations and/ or suspicious activity of employees or patrons to the Surveillance Supervisor.
• Ensures safety and integrity of all casino operations through observation and reporting.
• Must learn, comprehend and ensure compliance of all Company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
• Must be able to work any shift and must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and acquire a gaming license.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or GED and (1) year experience in casino surveillance, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Two years' experience in surveillance, loss prevention, military surveillance service or investigations is required.
