Duties Perform regular surveillance patrols to detect suspicious activity or potential security breaches Control access points by verifying identification and authorizing entry for staff, vendors, and authorized visitors Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid intervention Manage conflicts or disturbances with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations Conduct routine inspections of the restaurant's interior and exterior to prevent theft, vandalism, or loss prevention issues Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety compliance and incident resolution Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting and review purposes Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified Strong surveillance skills Knowledge of conflict management strategies to handle tense situations calmly and effectively Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols specific to hospitality environments Ability to remain alert during long shifts while standing or walking for extended periods Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff, guests, and emergency personnel Join us in creating a safe haven where everyone feels protected!
