• This position wil be on a As-Needed-Bases
• Cost of Background Check and License's for both Delaware and Maryland will be the applicant responsibility, as you will need to be Licensed in both states.

Duties Conduct comprehensive research and data collection to gather relevant information for investigations. Perform surveillance activities to observe and document subjects' behaviors and activities. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to support ongoing investigations. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, including evidence collected during investigations. Utilize fraud prevention detection techniques to identify potential fraudulent activities. Maintain accurate records of all investigative activities and findings. Stay updated on industry regulations, laws, and best practices related to private investigation. Requirements Proven experience in research, surveillance, or law enforcement is highly desirable. Strong report writing skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. Certification in private investigation or related fields is a plus. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Proficient in using technology and software for data collection and analysis. Strong ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity. Must have updated smart phone Must have reliable gas vehicle with preferably tinted windows. Be able to sit for long periods of time 8hrs min.
