Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated, responsible, motivated and well versed Security Specialists to join our team. the assignments include but are not limited to: Armed security, personal protection, and private investigations, The different assignments require professionals to be self sufficient with little to no supervision as well as the ability to evaluate, prioritize and execute an array of responsibilities and tasks as requested by the clients.
Responsibilities Security Profesionals:
Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activities. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when needed, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals on-site. Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Protection Specialist:
Personal Protection
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the client from potential threats or harm. Risk Assessment
  • Evaluating potential risks and threats to the client, including environmental factors and personal circumstances. Surveillance
  • Monitoring the surroundings for suspicious activities and potential dangers. Planning and Coordination
  • Developing security plans for various scenarios, including travel, public appearances, and events. Emergency Response
  • Being prepared to respond quickly and effectively in case of an emergency or security breach. Communication
  • Maintaining clear communication with the client and possibly other security personnel or law enforcement. Discretion and Confidentiality
  • Handling sensitive information about the client with the utmost discretion. Physical Fitness
  • Maintaining a high level of physical fitness to perform necessary protective measures. Driving Skills
  • Often providing secure transportation, which requires advanced driving skills.
Private Investigator:
Conducting Investigations
  • Gathering information and evidence for various cases, such as infidelity, fraud, or missing persons. Surveillance
  • Observing subjects to collect information on their behavior, activities, and associations, often using video and photographic equipment. Research
  • Utilizing databases, public records, and other resources to gather background information on individuals or businesses. Interviews
  • Conducting interviews with witnesses, clients, and other relevant parties to obtain information and insights. Report Writing
  • Documenting findings in detailed reports, which may be used in legal proceedings or by clients. Collaboration
  • Working with law enforcement, legal professionals, or other investigators when necessary. Fieldwork
  • Performing on-site investigations, which may include visiting locations related to the case. Data Analysis
  • Analyzing collected information to identify patterns or connections relevant to the investigation. Maintaining Confidentiality
  • Protecting the privacy of clients and the integrity of the investigation. Testifying in Court
  • Providing expert testimony in legal proceedings when required Experience / Requirements Florida licenses
D, G, C / CC
Clean Cut / Professional demeanor Previous experience in law enforcement / military is highly desirable but not mandatory. 5yrs plus in the private security industry Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
