//www.hawkpi.com/careers/ Hawk PI is currently hiring dedicated investigators for both full-time and part-time roles. We welcome applications from individuals who possess the skills outlined below. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal, written, and computer skills, along with strong organizational and communication abilities. We seek hardworking, value-driven individuals with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering exceptional personal performance. Candidates should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being effective team players. Law enforcement or military experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform surveillance investigations in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
  • Develop pre-surveillance plans tailored to specific locations and case details
  • Conduct covert field surveillance using stationary and mobile methods
  • Capture professional-quality video and photographic evidence of subjects
  • Prepare detailed investigative reports based on observed activities
  • Upload videos, photos, audio recordings, and documents into the case management system
  • Communicate regularly with team leaders regarding setup, activity, and tactics
  • Follow specific instructions from the Director for each assignment
  • Meet deadlines and submit daily timesheets
  • Maintain consistent communication with the assigning
Director Educational & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Relevant experience in surveillance, Loss Prevention, Security, Law Enforcement, or Military service is preferred.
  • Degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred
Additional Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid state-issued driver's license (required)
  • US work authorization (required)
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight on assignments (as needed)
  • Strong report-writing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital technology, including web-based systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eligibility for Private Investigator licensing in Georgia
  • Ability to pass DMV and background checks
  • Honest, hardworking, and committed to integrity, independence, discipline, and high personal standards
Equipment Needed:
  • Approved surveillance vehicle
  • Laptop and/or tablet
  • Cell phone with internet access and email capability
