Surveillance Investigator - South/Southeast US (MS, LA, GA, SC, NC, FL, TN, KY)

GCS is a nationwide investigative/risk management company serving large insurance carriers specializing in workers' compensation, general liability, and auto accidents. Our services include surveillance, on-site/offsite statements, activity checks, background checks, and other investigative endeavors. We seek a full-time travelling field insurance surveillance investigator with previous surveillance experience to join our growing team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct video surveillance and documentation of the subject's activities Submit daily updates and reports detailing subject activities Upload video/photographic evidence into our online case management system

Requirements:

Valid Illinois PERC card or ability to obtain one/Certificate of Insurance Valid driver's license and a good driving record Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as business dictates Ability to drive to cases and travel as needed to/from case locations in MS, LA, GA, FL, NC, SC, TN and KY Ability to work independently Reliable vehicle with tinted windows, or willing to tint windows Must own a digital video camera, and be able to use date and time stamp software with the ability to upload the video to an online server Cell phone to be in contact with the SIU Manager Laptop or computer with MS Word to complete updates, reports, and to upload digital video Excellent communication and writing skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Dropbox, or other file-sharing software, and handling digital video files Other supplies as needed to complete the job (Tripod, curtains for the vehicle, etc)
