Job DescriptionResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the surveillance department. Protect company assets by observing gaming and non-gaming activities to ensure safety, integrity, security and company policies and procedures are followed. Supervise staff and department activities.
Protect company assets by observing gaming and non-gaming activities to ensure safety and policies and procedures are enforced.
Assist department heads with investigations in their departments.
Develop audit forms for observing various departments to ensure employees are following both regulatory and company rules and policies.
Oversee daily audits.
Cooperate with law enforcement agency investigations as needed.
Prepare monthly and yearly budget reports, and complete daily audits of department activities.
Hire, train, coach, discipline, supervise and handle scheduling of department employees.
Monitor training status of all agents.
Other related projects and duties as assigned by managementQualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.
At least five (5) years surveillance experience and previous supervisory experienced preferred.
Possess a thorough knowledge of all table games rules, procedures, and gaming regulations.
Working knowledge of surveillance software and Microsoft Office programs such as excel and word.
Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as hand held radios, video systems, and retention devices.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
