Job Title:
Special Detail Officer
  • MUST BE MOBILE AND WILLING TO TRAVEL

Overview:
Join our team as a Special Detail Officer, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will ensure the safety and protection of our premises. As a Special Detail Officer, you will be responsible for preventing security breaches, responding to incidents promptly, and upholding a safe atmosphere for all.
Duties:
  • Conduct regular patrols to secure the premises effectively
  • Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems
  • Respond swiftly to alarms and security issues
  • Enforce security protocols and regulations to uphold order
  • Provide support and assistance to customers and staff when required
  • Document detailed reports on security matters
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
  • Greet and screen individuals entering the site
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in security or a related field
  • Proficiency in conflict management
  • Possession of a First Aid certificate is advantageous
  • Knowledge of law enforcement procedures
  • Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
  • CPR certification is preferred
  • Military background is a plus
  • Competency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance techniques
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with others
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and keen observation skills
  • Ability to remain composed and act efficiently during emergencies
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Must be available between the hours of 7a-7p
