Job Description
We are currently hiring for a temporary Surveillance / Security Associate position for our truck stop locations in Northern New Jersey. This position has the potential to become long-term employment for the right candidate based on performance, reliability, and professionalism. Schedule 6 days per week 12-hour shifts Must be dependable and available for a consistent schedule Job Responsibilities Monitor activity throughout both truck stop locations Travel between our two locations during shifts as needed Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents Assist with maintaining a safe and orderly environment for customers and employees Speak professionally with customers both in person and over the phone Assist with collecting payments when necessary Work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements Valid New Jersey driver's license required Must have reliable transportation to and from work Company vehicle will be provided for travel between locations during shifts Must be punctual, professional, and dependable Must work well with others in a team environment Strong communication and customer service skills required Must be comfortable speaking with customers regarding payments and account matters Ability to remain attentive and professional throughout long shifts Preferred Qualifications Prior security, surveillance, truck stop, customer service, or related experience preferred, but not required Experience working in fast-paced or 24-hour environments is a plus If interested, please respond with your experience, availability, and contact information.
