Summary:

Monitor the property using a digital surveillance system to ensure compliance with gaming regulations; maintains shift log & reports suspicious activities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist in the training of new hires and participate in all on-going Department training. Monitor and report any deviation or issue of non-compliance from the property's policies and procedures. Monitor and report any unusual or suspicious activity in or on the perimeter of the property. Monitor and report any unauthorized access to sensitive areas of the property. Monitor and report any violation of gaming integrity including cheating at play and suspicious financial transactions. Log and respond to radio calls. Maintain a log of the routine tasks performed within the Surveillance room and on the gaming floor. Observe all internal cash asset transfers and escorts. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members. Performs other duties as assigned
