Role:
Convoy Group is seeking experienced executive/close protection (EP) specialists to support episodic corporate security/executive protection details. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of verifiable EP experience, be a graduate of a Department of State (DOS) Worldwide Protective Service (WPS) course, and have 5+ years of military or law enforcement experience.
CANDIDATE MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH FIREARMS
(ACT 235).
Duties :
Provide armed and unarmed protection for executive and high-net-worth clients and corporate clients. Conduct planning and advanced work for EP details. Coordinate with law enforcement and third-party entities as needed.
Skills :
WPS graduate (or similar). 5+ years verifiable EP experience. Subject matter expert in EP operations. 5+ years military or law enforcement experience. Combat arms, special weapons and tactics, and detective experience strongly preferred. Vehicle dynamics training. Formal surveillance detection training preferred. Foreign language proficiency preferred. TCCC training (or similar) preferred. U.S. military combatives certification (or similar) preferred. Firearms (pistol) proficiency required. Non-commissioned officer experience or higher preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to pass a firearms evaluation. 2 professional references. Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Waivers granted on a case-by-case basis.
MUST HAVE ACT 235 FIREARMS CERTIFICATE
