Investigations is seeking an experienced Social Media / Background Investigator to support ongoing investigative operations. This position requires prior experience conducting detailed online investigations and compiling professional reports. This is not an entry-level position. Prior investigative experience is required. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth social media investigations (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Perform background investigations including database searches, address history, associates, and asset research Identify relationships between individuals, vehicles, businesses, and online profiles Analyze findings and prepare clear, concise investigative reports Support surveillance and SIU investigations with background intelligence Qualifications Prior experience in social media investigations, SIU, background investigations, or related field (REQUIRED) Strong online research and analytical skills Experience with investigative databases (TLO, Accurint, or similar preferred) Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Strong written communication skills Preferred Experience in insurance investigations or private investigations Knowledge of fraud detection and claimant research Familiarity with linking social media profiles to real-world identities Job Details Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) Remote opportunity (South Florida candidates preferred) Compensation based on experience
