Pay:
10% per recovery or percentage of bond Job Overview We are seeking motivated and reliable Bail Recovery Agents to assist in locating and apprehending defendants who have failed to appear in court. The Bail Recovery Agent will work closely with bail bond agencies and team members to safely recover fugitives while following all Texas laws and regulations regarding bail enforcement. This position requires strong investigative skills, professionalism, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Responsibilities Locate and recover fugitives who have skipped bail Conduct surveillance and investigations to determine fugitive whereabouts Work with bail bond companies, law enforcement, and court officials Prepare and complete proper surrender documentation Transport defendants safely to the appropriate detention facility Maintain detailed reports of recovery efforts and operations Follow all state laws and company policies regarding fugitive recovery Ensure all operations are conducted safely and professionally Requirements Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Physically capable of conducting field operations Preferred Qualifications private security, law enforcement, or military Knowledge of Texas bail enforcement laws Surveillance or investigative experience Defensive tactics training
