The Impact You'll Make As a Field Agent, you'll be the eyes, ears, and voice of our organization on the ground. You'll gather insights, verify facts, build trust with clients and assess environments. Your work will directly influence key decisions, protect our clients' interests, and ensure the information we provide is accurate, timely, and actionable. What You'll Do Conduct on-site/in-person visits to verify information, community settings, inspect properties, or collect data according to client requirements. Document findings with clear, detailed reports and photographic evidence. Communicate with internal teams to clarify objectives and deliverables. Use mobile tools and GPS-enabled devices to log activities and submit real-time updates. Build rapport to encourage open, honest communication. Document observations and conversations with accuracy, sensitivity, and confidentiality. Respond promptly to urgent situations, always following safeguarding protocols. Use secure digital tools to log visits, submit reports, and track follow-up actions. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and ethical standards. Represent the company professionally in diverse environments and situations. What You'll Bring Proven experience in fieldwork, inspections, investigations, or customer-facing roles, law enforcement, or military. Strong observational skills and attention to detail—you notice what others might miss. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure Comfort with technology, including mobile apps, GPS tools, and digital reporting systems. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel within assigned areas. The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and adapt to changing priorities.
