Compensation:

Competitive hourly or retainer-based, depending on experience We are looking for a senior operator with deep experience in Medicaid provider operations, revalidation, enrollment, or related healthcare compliance work. This is a fractional role for someone who understands how small agencies actually function, knows the provider environment well, and can help us build a practical, credible revalidation support model. The right person is trusted, experienced, operationally strong, and able to guide providers through notices, incomplete applications, deadlines, and site-visit preparation with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities Help build and refine our revalidation support model Review provider notices, status issues, and deadlines Guide application and documentation workflows Advise on incomplete applications and provider follow-up Help prepare providers for site visits and next steps Stay current on revalidation-related developments Support quality control, templates, and internal process design Ideal background Deep experience in Medicaid provider operations, enrollment, revalidation, credentialing, or compliance Strong understanding of small agency operations Minnesota provider environment experience preferred Strong professional credibility in the provider ecosystem Able to translate complexity into practical action Required qualifications Medicaid experience Strong communication skills Experience with provider documentation, notices, or compliance workflows Preferred qualifications Government healthcare agency experience Medicaid provider enrollment or revalidation experience Healthcare compliance operations experience Experience working with small healthcare agencies Experience with audits, inspections, or site visits Quality control Minnesota provider environment experience Why this role This is a flexible opportunity to help build something early, useful, and high-trust for small agencies that need real support through revalidation.
