Required Skills:

Excellent English conversational and communication skills Proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens and programs efficiently High School diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience working with computers in a Windows environment Previous experience in fraud, customer service, or call center operations Strong phone skills, typing proficiency, and active listening abilities Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience analyzing and investigating fraud cases Knowledge of fraud policies and compliance procedures Ability to work under pressure during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with Slack or similar team communication tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year in a role involving customer interactions, fraud detection, or related fields
