Join our team as a Fraud Specialist / Fraud Operations Specialist I and become a vital line of defense against fraudulent activities. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your investigative skills, analytical mindset, and customer service expertise to protect both the company and its valued customers. In this position, you'll conduct in-depth investigations, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to identify and prevent fraudulent activities across various channels. You'll play a crucial role in establishing policies and improving processes designed to deter fraud and ensure compliance. With a hybrid work model-three days in the office and two days remote after training-this role offers flexibility and growth in a fast-paced environment committed to integrity and security.
Required Skills:
Excellent English conversational and communication skills
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens and programs efficiently
High School diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience working with computers in a Windows environment
Previous experience in fraud, customer service, or call center operations
Strong phone skills, typing proficiency, and active listening abilities Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience analyzing and investigating fraud cases
Knowledge of fraud policies and compliance procedures
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with Slack or similar team communication tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year in a role involving customer interactions, fraud detection, or related fields
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, transitioning smoothly between office and remote settings
