Insurance Specialist - 100% Remote Genesis10 life insurance, 401(k) United States, Ohio, Cleveland May 13, 2026 Genesis10 is currently seeking an Insurance Specialist - Remote position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. This position is responsible for protecting the interests of investors by managing all insurance matters for commercial properties held as collateral. The role requires complex analysis, risk assessment, and self-management of varied tasks. The ideal candidate will handle insurance analysis, premium disbursements, and correspondence with servicers, investors, and borrowers.

Responsibilities:

Act in a timely, efficient, and responsible manner to protect the interest of investors pursuant to the mortgages serviced for them Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral Perform insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, risk assessment, and appraisal review Correspond with various servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and a variety of internal departments

Requirements:

Industry experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate Capable of complex analyses and assessment of situations as it pertains to insurance and/or real estate An analytical mind and the ability to both assess and articulate complex risks Ability to self-manage a wide variety and range of tasks that may be different from one day to the next Excellent character, humility, ability to receive constructive feedback, and a positive attitude Pay range: $20.00 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
