In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations of accidents and incidents in the field, gathering critical data, and analyzing evidence to determine causes. Your proactive approach will help prevent future incidents, enhance safety protocols, and support fraud prevention efforts. Responsibilities Conduct on-site investigations of accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities with professionalism and attention to detail Collect and document evidence through interviews, photographs, sketches, and physical inspections Write comprehensive reports that clearly outline findings, conclusions, and recommended actions Utilize surveillance techniques and research methods to gather pertinent information during investigations Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and internal teams to facilitate case resolution Maintain accurate records of all investigations, evidence logs, and related documentation in compliance with company policies Use of personal vehicle and proof of insurance Skills Strong background and experience in field investigations Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely Proficiency in data collection methods, including digital tools and physical evidence gathering Knowledge of surveillance techniques and research methodologies relevant to accident investigation Effective communication skills for interviewing witnesses and collaborating with external agencies Familiarity with online presentations through Microsoft Teams and Zoom Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset Join us as a Part-Time Field Accident Investigator!
