Surveillance Agent:
Responsible for the monitoring of all casino areas or departments, such as table games, slot activity, Cage transactions, including armored car pick-up and all areas where chip are sold or redeemed, Soft Count procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the Casino. To include but not limited to, entrances and exits. Surveillance Officers will be required to attend training sessions throughout the course of employment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor table games and slot activity. Monitor Cage (Fill Bank, Marker Bank, Front Windows, Vault,) Slot Attendant activities. Monitor non-gaming areas. Monitor Soft Drop and Count.\ Report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor Perform all duties as assigned or directed by surveillance Manager or Supervisor. Maintain confidentiality and information supplied only on a need-to-know basis. Preventive maintenance, care and repair of equipment. Notification of proper personnel in event of emergencies. One year of experience as a Surveillance Agent or a graduate from the Croupier Institute with a minimum six month experience as a croupier and basic computer knowledge. Availability to work, nights, overnight, weekends, holidays and rotational shifts.
